How many free VPS you can create on Oracle

How many free servers can Oracle create?

First of all, the free disk quota is the default minimum disk space for a single server, so free users can only create a maximum of one server.
Free servers include fixed-configuration x86 servers and custom-configured ARM servers as follows:

  • X86- VM.Standard.E2.1.Micro fixed configuration1C/1GB RAM/Up to 5TB Disk
  • ARM- VM.Standard.A1.Flex maximum 4C/24GB RAM/4G Disk


VM.Standard.E2.1.Micro is a fixed configuration, at most you can only create a station, and display it after creation.
VM.Standard.A1.Flex is based on monthly compute quota, which free users can create. When you go to the configuration, the CPU and memory will be doing auto configuration, then let it be as the Oracle configuration, so you can create it according to what you need: 1C/1GB RAM or Always Free 4C/24GB RAM

  • 1 x 4-core 24GB memory
  • 2 x 2 cores 12GB memory
  • 4 x 1 core 6GB memory

Note: The ARM Flex server will not be displayed after it is created, but it will not be charged as long as it is within the quota Always Free

An Free trial account only can create up to 4 servers of X86 or ARM.

Please refers to this data:

  • Single ARM 4C/24GB/200G and please select the disk size to 200G before creation
  • Single ARM 4C/24GB/100G + two x86 1C/1G
  • Two ARM 2C/12GB + two x86 1C/1G
  • All four ARM 1C/6GB keep the disk size at the default size


After creating a server, you can visit the Disk page to check it.
As long it is not above Always free 4C/24GB RAM, then you should be fine
